An operating account
for cross-border trade.
A regulated home for fiat and stablecoin settlement. Multi-currency accounts, on and off-ramp, and treasury, in one place. No second bank, no separate OTC desk, no exchange.
What we do.
Nxos is a regulated operating account that spans fiat and crypto. USD banking, stablecoin wallets in USDC, USDT, and BTC, and compliant on and off-ramp conversion, all in one place. Accounts, balances, and settlement across both rail types from a single dashboard and API.
For our customers, that replaces a stack of three: a bank, an OTC desk, and an exchange.
Who it's for.
Built for businesses that operate across fiat and crypto in parallel. Funds moving capital across the boundary, traders settling cross-border in stablecoins, and operating companies with one foot on each side.
Crypto Funds
VC, hedge, RWA, and private credit funds that move LP capital, distributions, or deployments across the fiat-crypto boundary. Capital calls in fiat, deployment in stables. Or LP subscriptions in stables, asset acquisition and lending in fiat. Yields and repayments flow back the other way.
Commodity Cross-Border Traders
Metals, energy, and base-commodity traders settling between hub fiat and stablecoin payments to producers and refineries in emerging markets. The Hong Kong bullion market already settles 50–70% in USDT. Precious metals, oil and gas, and base metals are following the same playbook.
Web2.5 Operating Accounts
Companies with revenue or expenses on each side. Web3 infrastructure, security providers, and software firms earning in stables and paying payroll, suppliers, SaaS, and legal in fiat — or the reverse, fiat-earning businesses with on-chain payouts to contractors, vendors, or partners. Learn more on the Web2.5 Finance page.
What's included.
Everything needed to run a treasury that spans fiat and crypto, in one regulated account.
USD + Crypto Accounts
USD via SWIFT/wire. USDC, USDT, and BTC across Ethereum, Solana, Base, Arbitrum, and BSC.
On/Off-Ramp
In-account conversion between fiat and crypto. No external OTC desk or exchange required.
Compliance
KYB/KYC, transaction monitoring, travel rule. Regulated MSB (FINTRAC, Canada). Full audit trail.
API
Programmatic account access. Balances, conversions, and settlement triggers via REST API.
How it works.
Money in, money across rails, money out, fully observable. The same four steps apply whether you settle in fiat, stablecoins, or both.
SWIFT or local wire from any major bank, or on-chain transfer from any wallet. The account credits automatically once the inbound is reconciled.
In-account conversion between any fiat and stablecoin pair. Live pricing through regulated counterparties. No external OTC desk, no exchange.
Outbound SWIFT to bank accounts, or on-chain transfers to any wallet across Ethereum, Solana, Base, Arbitrum, and BSC. Same address book, both rails.
Unified treasury across every balance. Dashboard, REST API, webhooks, and a full audit trail. Programmatic access for anything you'd rather automate.
Anything you can do in the dashboard, you can do over the API. Full reference, code samples, and webhook schemas live in the developer docs.

Nxos is operated by Nxos Finance Ltd., a registered Money Services Business with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC). The registration covers foreign exchange, money transferring, virtual currency, and payment service provider activity.
Who we settle through.
Custody, banking, and settlement infrastructure sit with regulated, audited counterparties. Client funds are held with qualified custodians and partner banks, never on the Nxos balance sheet.
